It’s squash season! our special, yummy recipes

One of our favorite dishes is also the easiest to make!
2 Delicata Squash (thin slices from top to bottom)
3 cloves Garlic Crushed
1 Tbsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and spread onto a large baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 mins. We like to have some crispy edges, so we just monitor at the inbetween stage of 15-20 to see if we are getting the crisp we like.
